Our COVID-19 Plan of Action

To Our Body Logic Clients, Staff, and Students:

As you know COVID-19 is concerning for our local communities and cities and we wanted to take this opportunity to advise you of steps we are taking while simultaneously giving you a clear understanding of risk in regards to services and treatments here at Body Logic Wellness Center and Body Logic School of Cosmetology and Esthetics.

We feel you are quite safe here in our ultra-clean environment where sterility and hand washing is not only enforced, but the normal procedures that we take every day in our facility to comply with state board regulations.

While we are maintaining normal business hours and operation at this time, we have a protocol in place to ensure the safety of our clients, staff, and students. Please review the protocol below to maintain the safety of everyone.

When Clients Arrive To Our Facility:

  • Masks are required for entry and must be worn throughout the duration of your appointment until you reach your service chair.

  • Temperatures are taken at the door prior to the service for all clients, students, and staff.

  • Once your temperature has been cleared, clients must fill out a COVID-19 form prior to your service.

  • Students will greet clients with masks and shields to ensure the protection and safety of everyone.

 

Our Sanitation Requirements


Students are required to wash their hands before and after every service

Masks are required for all students and staff on the clinical floor AT ALL TIMES.

Every service station is sanitized with Barbicide and Lucasol after every appointment and throughout business operation hours.


We are complying with Alabama State Board of Cosmetology and Esthetics (ABOC) procedures, as they are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation and will be following the directives of Governor Kay Ivey and The Department of Public Health.

In regard to those who have scheduled appointments, keep in mind these appointments may be subject to cancellation based on our state's regulations for businesses involving personal contact and services.

We care deeply about our clients, students and employee’s personal health safety, it is of the upmost importance to us and will continue to give you the latest updates on any possible changes in the upcoming weeks.
